ELIGIBILITY:
Tae Kwon Do participants of all ages, genders, and ranks who have trained in Tae Kwon Do and understand Tae Kwon Do Championship rules.

* NO Refunds.
* Pre-registration (BEFORE September 15) is recommended.
* Mandatory Equipment: Head Gear, Chest Protector, Arm Guards, Shin-Instep Guard, Protective Cup, and Double Mouthpiece.
* Competitors must provide for their own safety

RULES:
USTU Competition rules will govern this tournament. The organizing committee may modify some rules according to the local conditions. It also reserves the right to divide weight categories depending on the size of the groups.

Duration of rounds:
Competitors under 14 years: Two rounds of 1 minute each with 30 second rest.
Competitors 15 years & over: Two rounds of 1-1/2 minute each with 30 second rest.

                         Please arrive early, the start times have been moved up in the past.
                         7:30am - 8:30am: Pre-registered Participant card pickup
                         8:30am - 9:00am: Referee Meeting
                         9:00am - 11:30am: Poomse / Forms Competition
                         12:00pm - 12:30pm: Opening Ceremony
                         12:30pm - 5:00pm: Kyuroogi / Sparring Competition

 Before September 15:    1 event $60.00   2 events $75.00   3 events $85.00
                             After September 15:       1 event $70.00   2 events $85.00   3 events $95.00

                             Admission Tickets:  Adults: $10.00  Children: $5:00 (5 & under are free)

FEES & SIGNED REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 15th, 2008

                          

 

What about Food?     The concession stand will be open during this event. Hotdogs,
                                         nachos, sandwiches etc.

 

 

 

What to bring:           Full Uniform, Belt, Head Gear, Chest Protector, Arm Guards,
                                      Shin-Instep Guard, Protective Cup, and Mouthpiece.
